Welcome to Wheelhouse - we're so glad you're here! By riding with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Our goal is simple: create an incredible experience for every rider, every time.

Payments

PAYG and Class Packs are payable at point of purchase and are non-refundable.
Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
Memberships have a 3 month minimum commitment and can be cancelled by emailing hello@wheelhousebristol.com.
Your payment will be taken on the same date each month - the date your membership began.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain valid and up to date.
If a payment fails, we may suspend your membership until payment has been successfully processed.
From time to time, we may review our pricing. If membership prices change, we'll always give you advance notice before the new price takes effect.

Class packs

Class packs are valid for the period shown at the time of purchase.
The expiry date is the last day you can attend a class using that pack, not the last day you can make a booking.
Any unused credits will automatically expire once the validity period ends and cannot be redeemed, transferred or exchanged.
As a courtesy, we'll send an expiry reminder approximately seven days before your class pack expires, provided you're subscribed to receive our marketing emails. It remains your responsibility to monitor your class pack expiry date.
Expired class packs will not normally be extended. Any extensions are entirely at our discretion and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Credits

Your credits live on your individual My Wheelhouse account, meaning they can’t be shared or used to book for other riders.
One credit applies per ride, and multiple credits can’t be used for group bookings.

Booking, cancellations & no-shows

Please refer to our Booking Policy.

Membership benefits

Membership benefits are available only while your membership remains active.
These may include discounts, priority booking, guest passes, exclusive events or other member-only perks.
Unless stated otherwise:

Guest passes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Guest passes do not roll over.
Unused guest passes expire at the end of the relevant membership period.
Wheelhouse reserves the right to change membership benefits from time to time.

Freezing or cancelling your membership

You may cancel your membership before your next billing date, after the 3 month minimum term is complete. It will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.
If you need to pause your membership due to injury, illness or extended travel, please contact us. We currently allow Wheelie, Founder and Unlimited members to freeze their membership for up to two weeks per calendar year, subject to approval.

The Founder membership

The Founder membership is limited to the first 20 members.
Once claimed, these memberships will not be reopened or made available again unless at the discretion of Wheelhouse.
Founders will continue to receive the Founders benefits available while their Founders membership remains active.
Founder memberships are personal, non-transferable and cannot be resold.

Studio etiquette

Please arrive in good time for your class.
For safety reasons, instructors may refuse entry to late arrivals once a class has started.
Please treat our team, instructors, facilities and fellow riders with respect at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate memberships where behaviour is abusive, unsafe or disruptive.

Health & safety

By attending a Wheelhouse class, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in high-intensity exercise.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries or concerns, please seek appropriate medical advice before attending and let your instructor know before class begins.
You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own wellbeing during the ride.

Changes to these terms
From time to time, we may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our services or policies as we grow.

The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply from the date it is published.
