WHY WE HAVE A BOOKING POLICY

We want everyone to get the most out of our rides - including you, your fellow riders, and our lovely instructors who show up ready to bring the energy. When someone cancels, especially last‑minute, it can leave an empty bike that could’ve gone to another rider (and doesn’t magically cycle itself). Our policy helps keep things fair for everyone: you get flexibility when you give us enough notice, and we protect the studio from losses when a space goes unfilled. Think of it as a little balancing act between freedom, fairness, and keeping the studio running smoothly - with zero hard feelings and all the good vibes.

Please note that if you purchased using your Class Pack, the system automatically reissues you a credit and therefore, if required under our booking policy, we will manually deduct a credit afterwards.

All PAYG refunds are processed manually so please bear with us. If you haven't received an expected refund within 10 days, please reach out.
